I Dream of Creating My Own Clothing Line
My name is Narges, I was born in the city of Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan. I am 33 years old and I have two wonderful children, a son and a daughter. When I left my homeland, I was on the island of Lesvos for 7 months, after which I came to Athens, where I have been living for 3 years.

Although most women did not work in Afghanistan, I had worked there for a time as a seamstress. When I came to Athens, I attended sewing and tailoring classes and then started working at Rain Lab. I am so happy to now have my own income and to develop professionally as I learn how to make beautiful handcrafted bags!
